A company is looking for a Client Success Implementation Specialist to support software implementation and client services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the successful implementation of software solutions, focusing on workflow automation and SharePoint features
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and configure technical solutions
- Provide professional services support for workflow design, user access setup, and troubleshooting related issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint-based solutions in a client-facing or technical role
- Experience with workflow configuration tools; Nintex or similar platforms is a plus
- Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write and troubleshoot queries
- Familiarity with financial/accounting systems is a plus
- Experience working with enterprise customers is preferred
