A company is looking for a Universal Agent Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess beneficiaries to identify medical, physical, and psychosocial needs
- Process referrals and ensure accurate entry into the medical management system
- Resolve issues and discrepancies to maintain quality compliance and service levels
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 2+ years of experience in a health care customer service environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
- Managed Care or TRICARE experience (preferred)
