Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer inquiries for the shopping app
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of Customer Service Support Experience
- Bachelor's degree or military experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service preferred
- 2+ years of experience using Zendesk preferred
