Job Summary
A company is looking for an Overnight Admissions Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for families calling after hours and support them through the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
- Be available for at least one on-call shift within part-time hours as needed
- Ensure a seamless transition of care responsibilities from after-hours shifts to daytime Admissions Coordinators
- Conduct initial assessments and manage the admissions process while coordinating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Preferred experience in Behavioral Health or Medical Healthcare Settings
- Preferred 2 - 5 years of experience in admissions, call center, sales, or customer service
- Experience with crisis de-escalation is a plus
- Proficient in utilizing technology and operational systems for client management
- High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
