Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Member Services Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all lines of insurance processing including generating enrollments and handling member inquiries
  • Provide resolution to member problems while adhering to the Member Experience philosophy
  • Enroll members in coverage and assist management with member complaints
Required Qualifications
  • High School degree required; some college coursework preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in insurance or call center environments
  • Basic understanding of life insurance operations and products preferred
  • Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations
  • Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
