A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Onboarding Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Onboarding & Data Migration teams to ensure successful customer transitions
- Establish team goals and KPIs, and monitor performance metrics
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership to manage escalations and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience onboarding MyCase customers
- BA/BS/BE degree required
- Demonstrable leadership skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- SaaS experience and/or legal experience desired
