A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Mid-Market).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the contract renewal cycle for assigned customers, ensuring high retention rates
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide accurate renewal quotes 90 days prior to contract expiration
- Document client interactions and collaborate with sales teams to drive incremental revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Development, or Business Development
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company or K12 industry preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to understand client buying cycles and procurement processes
