Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative II to join their Event Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary touchpoint for customers, answering inquiries via Zendesk and phone support
  • Resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and build strong product knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and lead onboarding and training for new agents
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support with a strong service record
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Google Suite, or similar platforms
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize customer success
  • Strong time management skills and a self-motivated work ethic
  • First-hand knowledge of endurance athletic event registration is preferred
