Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative II to join their Event Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary touchpoint for customers, answering inquiries via Zendesk and phone support
- Resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and build strong product knowledge
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and lead onboarding and training for new agents
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support with a strong service record
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Google Suite, or similar platforms
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize customer success
- Strong time management skills and a self-motivated work ethic
- First-hand knowledge of endurance athletic event registration is preferred
