A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Experience Associate to join their Customer Support Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining a calm demeanor
- Document interactions and collaborate with other teams to enhance the support experience
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer support experience, preferably in tech or electronics
- Fully bilingual (oral and written) in French and English
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and interest in smart home products
- Able to work Pacific hours and weekends consistently
- Experience with HVAC systems and Gorgias is a plus
