A company is looking for a Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform claim intake via phone for various types of claims and respond to inquiries regarding the claims process
- Handle 17-20 inbound calls daily, resolving routine and non-routine insured requests
- Provide translation support and document processes to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
