Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through voice calls and emails

Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED required
- Legal experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or service-oriented experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and document manipulation
- Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
