Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Advisor (PST Preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Determine the scope of repair or maintenance work needed and manage the repair schedule
- Communicate work orders with clients and ensure timely completion of tasks with technicians
- Manage parts orders and updates, and handle customer escalations regarding service completion
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive/technical experience with medium and heavy-duty vehicles
- Prior technician/mechanic experience is preferred
- Familiarity with key vehicle parts and dealership service advisor experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to interact with fleet systems
- Must be able to read and create spreadsheets
