A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of inbound customer orders via phone, email, and chat efficiently and accurately
- Assist with CRM data cleanup and organization to maintain accurate customer records
- Resolve technical purchase-related inquiries and assist customers with product activation issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in the music or music education industry
- Familiarity with MakeMusic Cloud or Finale, or the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical purchase issues via telephone and email
- Technical proficiency with both PC and Mac platforms
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment managing high volumes of inquiries
