Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst to support the applications portfolio for their Healthcare Technology Management division.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise and validate complex requirements from Service Operations and mobilization teams related to HTM applications and databases
- Provide second-level support for HTM applications, including Salesforce Field Service and ServiceNow
- Coordinate incident resolution and communicate thoroughly with end-users throughout the process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years' experience supporting high-volume help desk activities
- Experience with application platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and MS365
- Experience with database management and scripting languages like SQL and mySQL
- Experience in healthcare or related high-urgency environments
