Key Responsibilities
- Assist Members with inquiries and resolve issues regarding health plan services
- Build and maintain relationships with Members while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Document all interactions and manage Member information accurately in the database
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of one year experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Previous experience in healthcare or insurance preferred
- Intermediate skills in Google and Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with internal communication systems such as Slack or Microsoft Teams
- Excellent attendance record is critical for success in this position
