Key Responsibilities:

- Document member interactions and contribute to the provider directory for quality assurance
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish with strong writing and verbal skills
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or advocacy
- Familiarity with Google Apps, CRM software, and VoIP phone systems
- Ability to handle confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Experience in customer service within a healthcare context is preferred
