Job Summary

A company is looking for a University Enrollment Representative (HYBRID).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line contact via phone for parents, students, and other university constituents
• Handle phone inquiries for various university departments, providing excellent customer service
• Maintain a basic understanding of major university offices to direct callers appropriately

Required Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or higher education environment
• Experience working with various databases and office applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of a diverse population
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
