Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from project kick-off to successful graduation
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while maintaining ongoing communication with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction with account configurations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or training is strongly preferred
- Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn technical products and translate knowledge into effective training methods
