Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication channels
- Consult with members to identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions

Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail experience with a proven service and sales record
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- High School Diploma or equivalent
