A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls and chats, ensuring consistent delivery of procedures and scripts
  • Identify clients, collect relevant information, and create support tickets accurately
  • Provide basic and advanced technical support while maintaining friendly customer service
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a structured IT Support environment
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service roles, outside of IT is acceptable
  • 1+ CompTIA certification is a must
  • Expert knowledge of networking, computing, and business applications
  • Experience with remote support and network diagnostic tools
