A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and chats, ensuring consistent delivery of procedures and scripts
- Identify clients, collect relevant information, and create support tickets accurately
- Provide basic and advanced technical support while maintaining friendly customer service
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a structured IT Support environment
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service roles, outside of IT is acceptable
- 1+ CompTIA certification is a must
- Expert knowledge of networking, computing, and business applications
- Experience with remote support and network diagnostic tools
