Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support for client accounts
• Prepare and send quotes to new clients and manage policy documentation
• Maintain and update the AMS 360 and Image Right database accurately

Required Qualifications

• Valid Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license
• Experience in home, auto, and umbrella insurance sales
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and binding authority
• Ability to maintain current state license and attend required training
• Familiarity with customer service functions related to insurance
