Key Responsibilities
- Acts as the initial service ambassador to referral sources, patients, and caregivers
- Responsible for the entry, verification, and maintenance of patient information in software programs
- Processes insurance verifications and ensures accurate patient registration for home care and hospice services
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must reside in an approved remote worker state
- Medical administrative experience with strong insurance payor verification skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience and one year in a relevant professional setting
- Experience in reimbursement or insurance verification is preferred
