Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Call Centre Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones, handle customer inquiries, and fulfill requests via phone and email
  • Maintain the CMMS database, generate work orders, and track open work orders
  • Document call information and produce call reports as required
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2-3 years of related call centre, customer service, or dispatching experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM accurately
  • Availability to work different shifts as needed
  • Proficiency in French is an asset but not required
