Job Summary
A company is looking for a Centralized Call Centre Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer telephones, handle customer inquiries, and fulfill requests via phone and email
- Maintain the CMMS database, generate work orders, and track open work orders
- Document call information and produce call reports as required
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2-3 years of related call centre, customer service, or dispatching experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM accurately
- Availability to work different shifts as needed
- Proficiency in French is an asset but not required
