Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (West Coast) to manage a dedicated book of customers and enhance their experience with the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned book of accounts post-implementation, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
- Perform Executive Business Reviews and develop trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers
- Create Customer Success Plans and collaborate with the Account Management Team to convert at-risk customers to champions
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in a strategically focused customer success role, ideally at a SaaS company
- Business savvy with the ability to translate business needs into data and product requirements
- Self-motivated and comfortable in an agile environment
- Basic understanding of APIs/Web Services and complex technology user workflows
- Strong skills in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Google Suite, and Excel
