Key Responsibilities
- Communicates with policyholders, providers, and plan participants to answer questions and resolve issues
- Documents customer inquiries and related data electronically
- Assists service teams with back office support functions while maintaining confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience in contact center, customer service, dental office, or insurance preferred
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Proficient in computer systems and keyboarding skills
