Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound service and reservation calls with efficiency and professionalism
- Accurately process changes to existing reservations in a timely manner

Required Qualifications
- Reliable availability to work a full-time schedule of 35-45 hours/week
- Completion of a 6-week training schedule, Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm EST
- Ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with internet navigation and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and adaptable to succeed in a structured virtual call center
