Key Responsibilities

• Handle and service Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) claims efficiently
• Adjudicate 20-30 claims per day while maintaining high customer service standards
• Resolve customer and client claims issues promptly and professionally

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word and Excel
• Ability to identify and remove workflow obstacles
