- Provide advanced technical support and problem resolution for corporate customers
- Conduct health checks, assessments, and training workshops for Power Platform products
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate to Expert level experience in Power Platform governance and administration
- Advanced skills in Power Platform Admin Center and Center of Excellence Starter Kit
- Proven experience in Power Platform administration within enterprise environments
- Experience in delivering technical training and troubleshooting
- Previous consulting or customer-facing role experience is highly valued
