Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I - TRICARE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members/beneficiaries or providers with routine service inquiries, including claims processing and member benefit education
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation of communications
  • Build and strengthen relationships with beneficiaries or providers by providing quality customer service and mentoring new hires
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Two years of customer service experience is preferred, especially in a call center environment
  • Military affiliation or experience with TRICARE is preferred
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in a Windows environment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
