Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I - TRICARE.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members/beneficiaries or providers with routine service inquiries, including claims processing and member benefit education
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation of communications
- Build and strengthen relationships with beneficiaries or providers by providing quality customer service and mentoring new hires
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Two years of customer service experience is preferred, especially in a call center environment
- Military affiliation or experience with TRICARE is preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in a Windows environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
