Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist - Part Time Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and best practices for Rent Manager applications
  • Deliver superior customer service to end users via phone and email
  • Document and track issues in a timely manner using ticketing software
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience with IT concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • 1-2 years of prior helpdesk and/or customer support experience
  • Understanding of WAN/LAN concepts (preferred)
  • Established work ethic and excellent attendance
