Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and best practices for Rent Manager applications
- Deliver superior customer service to end users via phone and email
- Document and track issues in a timely manner using ticketing software
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience with IT concepts
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- 1-2 years of prior helpdesk and/or customer support experience
- Understanding of WAN/LAN concepts (preferred)
- Established work ethic and excellent attendance
