Associate Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Client Manager (Training & Onboarding).

Key Responsibilities

• Produce engaging pre-recorded demos and trainings of products
• Lead educational efforts for internal and external stakeholders on retail collaboration products
• Develop reusable templates and document digital development processes to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Business, Education, or relevant field
• 3+ years of digital training experience
• CPG or related retail experience preferred
• Experience with visual design principles and adaptive learning
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
