A company is looking for an Armenian Speaker Medical Virtual Assistant (Work-from-Home).
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients in English and Armenian, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Manage medical record documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
- Perform administrative tasks to support clinic operations and assist with basic billing inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Armenian and English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is a strong plus
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
