A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs and service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and billing
- Provide information on products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
- Demonstrate empathy and care for customers setting up new claim reports after accidents
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- For sales roles, a Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained during training
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends after training
- Designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet access required
- Must be able to connect provided hardware to a router or modem via cable
