Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs and service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and billing
  • Provide information on products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
  • Demonstrate empathy and care for customers setting up new claim reports after accidents
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
  • For sales roles, a Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained during training
  • Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends after training
  • Designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet access required
  • Must be able to connect provided hardware to a router or modem via cable
