Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Support Business Analyst (EDI, Healthcare).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client support inquiries related to EDI transactions
- Perform triage and initial root cause analysis of reported issues
- Document issues, resolutions, and steps taken in the support ticketing system
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or support role involving EDI in a healthcare or health plan environment
- Solid understanding of common HIPAA EDI transactions (834, 837, 270/271, etc.)
- Experience working with support ticketing systems and issue tracking tools
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote or hybrid environment
- Prior experience in a health plan, payer, or provider setting
