Community Engagement Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Engagement Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote SilverSneakers by collaborating with Regional Growth Managers and providing excellent service to members
• Support community events and lead fitness demonstrations while engaging with older adult members
• Maintain communication records, report event details, and track attendance and enrollment metrics

Required Qualifications

• Ability to complete SilverSneakers teaching criteria and current CPR certification if leading demos
• Experience in fitness, wellness, health, nutrition, or senior services
• Event experience preferred
• High degree of computer literacy and proficiency with technology and virtual training tools
• Proficiency in Spanish, Korean, and/or Chinese is highly desirable
