Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Nurse Practitioner (Telehealth, Full Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain patient histories, conduct virtual exams, and diagnose medical and behavioral health conditions
• Deliver patient care for common chronic conditions and adapt to changing processes in a telehealth environment
• Communicate effectively with other providers and provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes

Required Qualifications

• Current, active APRN medical licensure in at least 5-7 states, with a CA Furnishing License required
• Providers with Full Practice Authority are highly preferred
• Current national certification in family practice through ANCC, AANP, or a nationally recognized certification
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice, primary care, or urgent care
• Above-average comfort with technology and ability to assist patients with technical difficulties
