Required Qualifications

- One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
- For senior level, two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan methodologies preferred
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple online systems
