A company is looking for an Enablement Manager to empower the post-sales Customer Experience team through training and resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Reimagine onboarding and ongoing training programs for the Customer Experience team
- Create and oversee engaging training materials and an internal knowledge base for agents
- Track performance metrics and report on team performance data to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Enablement or Learning & Development teams
- Experience in designing onboarding and L&D programs to drive team performance
- Proficient in using CRM tools, with experience in Zendesk or LMS platforms like Docebo preferred
- Strong project management skills and ability to build accountability mechanisms
- Cultural humility and ability to build relationships across differences
