International Move Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Move Coordinator (Virtual US).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for international household shipments, ensuring efficient routing and timely communication with agents, vendors, and customers
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and customers, providing support and resolving issues throughout the move process
• Generate competitive pricing quotes and manage invoice exceptions while ensuring profitability and adherence to market standards

Required Qualifications

• Industry experience in freight forwarding or import/export preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of world geography and P&L statements
