Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of mid-to-enterprise level customer accounts
- Drive renewals by managing communication, contract timelines, and stakeholder alignment
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and serve as the escalation point for high-impact accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing a full book of business, including renewals and expansions
- Strong ability to handle escalations and engage stakeholders across departments
- Experience generating Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) and collaborating with Sales
