Provider Relations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Specialist who will maintain and improve provider relationships through communication and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure providers are serviced and educated on policies and procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet the needs of providers and their patients
• Manage provider enrollment documentation and maintain accurate provider records

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• 2-5 years' experience in healthcare, particularly in provider support or education
• Experience with multiple system applications in an end-user capacity
• Experience developing communication materials for professional audiences
