Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information about programs and services via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken to resolve issues
- Navigate multiple computer systems to accurately perform data entry while assisting customers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, with 0-6 months of relevant experience or equivalent education
- At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must reside within 70 miles of Austin, TX
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish
- Reliable high-speed internet service and a distraction-free workspace required for remote work
