Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate multiple computer systems to accurately perform data entry while assisting customers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required, with 0-6 months of relevant experience or equivalent education
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Must reside within 70 miles of Austin, TX
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish
  • Reliable high-speed internet service and a distraction-free workspace required for remote work
