Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Support Engineer - Labyrinth Screening.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in investigations of complex performance and functional issues faced by customers
- Collaborate with various teams to fix issues and support internal teams and customers
- Gain deep understanding of the software through mentorship and become the first point of contact for Level 3 support
Required Qualifications and Education
- Experience with core technologies such as Node.js, React, Elasticsearch, Kafka, MongoDB, and Redis
- Experience in building and maintaining production software, preferably with large scale data processing systems
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, with experience in debugging and fixing software issues
- Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid model from the Cheltenham office
- Willingness to learn and adapt through training and mentoring
