- Provide timely and professional support for customers and partners globally
- Monitor and respond to support cases, leading customer troubleshooting meetings

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited technical program
- Experience with Cloud Platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL queries
- Experience with container architecture
- Experience in technical consulting or support
