Job Summary

A company is looking for an Expert Client Success Manager, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, ensuring an extraordinary experience with products and services
• Lead collaborations between clients and internal teams to align goals and action plans
• Facilitate strategic roadmap planning and maintain client health dashboards for operational reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/business experience
• 7+ years of experience in client relationship management and issue resolution
• Exposure to healthcare risk adjustment programs (CMS, Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid)
• Previous experience working for a health plan
• Strong project management skills
