Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, ensuring an extraordinary experience with products and services
- Lead collaborations between clients and internal teams to align goals and action plans
- Facilitate strategic roadmap planning and maintain client health dashboards for operational reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/business experience
- 7+ years of experience in client relationship management and issue resolution
- Exposure to healthcare risk adjustment programs (CMS, Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid)
- Previous experience working for a health plan
- Strong project management skills
