A company is looking for an Insurance Benefit Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire care journey, from benefit investigation to medication delivery
- Conduct benefit verifications and collaborate with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and payers
- Assist with obtaining prior authorizations and appeals as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a high-touch, customer-facing role
- Prior experience in a Hub or Patient Support Services role
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance policies required
- Strong computer proficiency (data entry, MS Office)
