A company is looking for a Customer Asset Management Specialist responsible for offsite location asset support and handling challenging customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review asset situations and recommend next steps, including relocation and abandonment
- Inform and enforce Terms & Conditions to customers, serving as the escalation path for challenging interactions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and provide solution options to the Customer Care Manager
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service within a Sales Support or Logistics environment
- No formal education required
- Ability to develop creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience in negotiating and reviewing storage charges
- Familiarity with coordinating logistics issues
