Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Contact Center Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to members via phone, addressing inquiries and processing transactions
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of credit union products and services, and actively participate in training
  • Meet or exceed production and referral goals while ensuring the security and confidentiality of member information
Required Qualifications
  • 1-6 months of related experience
  • Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and relevant federal and state regulations
  • Familiarity with credit union policies and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to establish professional relationships with members and team members
