A company is looking for a Part-Time Contact Center Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous service to members via phone, addressing inquiries and processing transactions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of credit union products and services, and actively participate in training
- Meet or exceed production and referral goals while ensuring the security and confidentiality of member information
Required Qualifications
- 1-6 months of related experience
- Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and relevant federal and state regulations
- Familiarity with credit union policies and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to establish professional relationships with members and team members
