Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers to drive value realization and reduce churn risk

Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success in SaaS
- Experience in quota-carrying roles with a track record of performance
- Strong contract negotiation skills and experience managing deal cycles
- Background in Salesforce CRM
