Job Summary

A company is looking for an English/ASL Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer audio/voice calls to support customers in spoken English
  • Provide technical support, answer questions, and track orders while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions communicated in ASL
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English and American Sign Language
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years or more of professional customer-facing experience
  • Ability to work between the hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday
  • Proficiency with computers and video technology
