Job Summary
A company is looking for an English/ASL Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer audio/voice calls to support customers in spoken English
- Provide technical support, answer questions, and track orders while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Attend team meetings and training sessions communicated in ASL
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English and American Sign Language
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years or more of professional customer-facing experience
- Ability to work between the hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday
- Proficiency with computers and video technology
